Now just imagine that everyone is driving safe, paying attention to the rules of the road, being responsible.  No accidents, no DUI's or DWI's, at worst a parking ticket.  The Insurance Companies would not be able to justify the high cost of auto insurance and that means they would be forced to lower the rates!  For some that would be 1/12 of their annual income.
